About the Founders

We are recently married millennials with a young son. Alex was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in Colorado Springs. He graduated from Palmer High School in Colorado Springs. He attended college at Johnson and Wales Denver Campus, where he studied culinary arts and received a bachelors in Business Management. Samantha grew up in Manitou Springs, CO. Graduated from CU Boulder with a bachelors in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology.

Both of us are passionate about food and where is comes from. We started the food truck and worked farmer's markets. Then we found a location that would work with our tight budget, so we sold the truck and started our bakery. We had almost five years in Northglenn and loved our time getting to know the community.

Now after COVID-19 we have decided to shift away from a physical bakery for now. We are producing a cookbook, videos and blogs now, please check back for more content.
